Additionally, his ability to prepare a suitable document will depend upon information you provide as well as your timely cooperation. If the author does not think your loved one stands a reasonable chance of being paroled, he reserves the right to refuse service and your payment will be refunded. Ideally, the parole release plan will be ready in thirty days after completing a basic questionnaire and a telephone interview.
